Citylight, 168x119 cm

The tobot tower consists of a huge set of over a thousand wooden building blocks, painted for almost a decade. Combining those blocks of words and images is equally a playfull creative machine and a semiotic analyzing tool of language and visual communication principles. So far the Tobot Tower was shown at the Victoria&Albert Museum, London, Gallery Arts Factory, Paris, the Gulbransson Museum in Tegernsee and at the Ministry of Illustration in Berlin.
